Browned-Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies. {these ones had Greek yogurt in them}

Okay, I was not sure why I would want to brown butter, but the ingredient list here caught my attention.  A fancy new technique AND greek yogurt?

I had to read up on how to brown butter.  I am pretty sure I did not do it correctly, but you know what? These still tasted good. 🙂  Let’s call it a practice.
