Eggless Chocolate Chip Cookies

A friend doesn’t eat eggs, so I found this recipe so they could enjoy the cookies I bring to work for people to try.  The recipe only makes a half batch, but that’s fine with me.  These were really good.  I think as long as there is chocolate, who needs the egg? 🙂
