Vegan / Gluten-Free / Dairy Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

I have been so excited to try this cookie because …
• My sister-in-law is Pescatarian.
• One niece, Sumiya, has celiac disease and is gluten-free.
• Another neice, Mykah Jayne, is allergic to milk protein.
• I am lactose intolerant.
The verdict is, a pretty tasty cookie! Sumiya gave it a thumbs up.
Texture is not quite right though. But I ate four so…it’s not It a deal breaker!
