 While attending the Nerdie Nummies panel at the 2016 LA Cookie Con, Rosanna Pansino mentioned the chocolate chip cookie recipe she worked on for over a year.  Of course my ears perked up and they became the next cookie on my list and I went searching for the YouTube video.

Honestly, when I saw the cookie, I knew it would not be one I prefer.  Because of the decoration she adds, she has a flat cookie, and I prefer mine soft and fluffy.

The butter makes these spread while baking, so the presentation was a little lacking.  I am pleased to report, everyone that tried them liked them, but they will not be going into my cookie rotation.  Unless I need a good ice cream topping.
