Secret Ingredient Chocolate Chip Cookies {aka Cream Cheese Chocolate Chip Cookie}

Oh wow.  This cookie.  Is golden brown on the edges. And so soft in the center.  It’s like, the perfect combination.  Also, it stays soft for the days following baking. Three days later, they were just as soft as when they came out of the oven!  I will use these going forward when people ask me to send them cookies.  I won’t be worried that they are all dried up by the time the arrive!

Also, among my co-workers, this is the current favorite cookie.   The people love them.
