Oatmeal Scotchies

These aren’t chocolate chip, so I am not counting them for my 52.

My step-dad loves a good Butterscotch Cookie. I didn’t reinvent the wheel here, just followed the traditional route.  I do think I want to try an Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie though…. hmmm…
