Being lactose intolerant, I assumed I would get a sorbet, but they didn’t have any! I took it as a sign to have an ice cream sandwich and try their cookies. I ordered the Chocolate Chip Cookies + Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream.
Naturally, I focused on the ice cream first, and it was delicious.
I was pleased with the cookie, too! It was a little more crispy than I prefer, but with the ice cream, it seems like it should be to hold the sandwich together, so I didn’t mind.
